Who can join Black Card?
Patients of a participating dental practice can join as members, and businesses can register as corporate partners. Practices are onboarded directly by our team.
How do I earn rewards?
Share your invite link or QR code. When someone you refer books through your linked practice and completes their treatment, you earn 5% cashback and they get 5% off.
When is cashback paid?
A reward is created when your practice marks the referred treatment as complete. It shows as pending in your dashboard until the practice marks it paid.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Signing up as a member or as a corporate partner is free.
Is there an app?
Yes. The Black Card app keeps your card, QR code and referral history in your pocket. Download it on the App Store
